“Together, we fight the virus!”

In March 2020, as the pandemic swept through Hong Kong and schools shifted fully online, I turned to drawing as a way to process the historical event unfolding around me. Armed with a sketchbook, I wandered through Causeway Bay—the literal “Times Square of Hong Kong”—capturing the people around me from all walks of life. One drawing was completed each day for two weeks, resulting in fifteen total drawings.

This project marked the beginning of my love for documentary art.
